Built on integrity and commitment, MTM realizes the importance of remaining focus on our moral obligation to be socially responsible in adding significant value to every community we interact in around the world. We have made a resolute decision to look for opportunities to make a positive difference, first, within our company with one another, second, within our local community, and third, within global communities we conduct business.

Amid all the sociopolitical, geopolitical, and socioeconomic issues, corporate scandals, corruption, and unethical business behavior global communities of people worldwide have become increasingly incensed and impatient with seemingly a lack of, or very slow change. To many, it seems that these problems impact the more marginalized, global communities disproportionately and the playing field needs to be leveled – businesses and corporations can be the one’s to help level that field.

With today’s technological advancements in communications and social media, the world is truly much more of a global community than it was even 10 years ago continuing to shrink bringing us closer together, day by day. There was a time in the past when corporations and businesses represented the strength, vitality, and in some cases even the moral and social atmosphere in the community.

However, in this new age of ever-changing social, political, and environmental landscapes, MTM believes that businesses and corporations should, once again, become forerunners leading the charge of a renewed commitment – a renaissance of global corporate social responsibility. Local businesses and global companies assuming a shared role of leadership in communities committed to partnering with the citizens of that community for a common purpose, making a real difference. MTM accepts that very challenge and responsibility investing in every community it operates, not only financially but by playing an active role.

There are seriously pervasive, social issues like forced child labor, human trafficking and slavery, hunger, and not to mention environmental concerns in our global communities that in some way affects us all. MTM commits to addressing these issues connecting with the people within those communities and getting to know them, and continuing to work with our global clients, partners and other businesses, corporations and organizations confronting these social issues. Collectively, we are building strong, enduring relationships worldwide that will help form stronger global socially, conscious communities that will aid in eradicating these issues for the sustainable future of our children and planet.
